1. Minimum Spend

• Minimum spend varies depending on day, time, and group size.
• Weekend bookings generally require a higher minimum spend due to demand.
• Exact minimum spend will be confirmed when the booking is discussed.

2. Deposit & Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required to secure the space.
• Deposit must be paid within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Deposit is refundable if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the event.
• Remaining balance must be settled prior to the event.
• Card payment only is accepted for all deposits and balances.

3. Cancellations

• Notice period for cancellations is required and depends on the size and nature of the event.
• Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made 30 days or more in advance.
• Cancellations within the 30-day period may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Menu Selection

• Final menu selection must be confirmed by the agreed deadline prior to the event.
• Any dietary requirements or allergies should be communicated at this time.
• Tailored menu options or additional courses can be discussed with the team.

5. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

• All events are conducted in accordance with RSA guidelines.
• Guests must comply with legal drinking age requirements.
• La Boca reserves the right to refuse service to any guest deemed intoxicated.

6. Decorations

• External décor is welcome and can be discussed with our team.
• Mini backdrops or special furniture items are not included but can be arranged separately.
• Guests are encouraged to be creative while ensuring nothing damages walls, furniture, or fittings.
