For a limited time this September and October, step into an indulgent five course dining experience that celebrates Wagyu in all its glory. From delicate cold braised oyster blade with avruga caviar, to chargrilled intercostal kissed by flame, handmade Wagyu fat pasta, slow braised beef cheek and a rich Wagyu beef tallow chocolate torte, every course has been crafted to show a different side of this extraordinary ingredient.
This is Wagyu with La Boca passion. Bold, smoky, generous and full of heart.
Paired with three curated wines, each glass has been chosen to lift the flavour, balance the richness and carry you through the journey from first bite to final spoonful.
