The Menu

This carefully curated six-course menu celebrates the rich, buttery texture and exquisite marbling of premium Wagyu beef, prepared in a variety of techniques to highlight the full depth of flavour and complexity in every cut. From the delicate first course of Wagyu tartare to slow-cooked cheeks and wood-fire grilled eye fillet, each dish is paired with seasonal South Australian produce and bold Argentinian flavours. It’s a complete sensory journey designed to showcase Wagyu at its most indulgent and refined.


First Course
Wagyu beef tartare, verde aioli, cheese espuma, arugula, and crostini

Second Course
Wagyu beef empanada, onion, bell peppers, mixed olives, and grilled Wagyu beef sausage with pimento aioli

Third Course
36-Hour slow cook Wagyu beef cheek, polenta foam, crispy quinoa, and jus

Fourth Course
Wagyu beef asado chivito, mojo, and pickles

Fifth Course
Parrilla wood fire grilled Wagyu MB5 eye fillet, 82c slow cooked greenlip abalone, marinated pepper, celeriac cream, charred beans, and chimichurri

Sixth Course
Chocotorta, macerated berries, and pistachio gelato

CANCELLATION POLICY

La Boca Bar and Grill requires full credit card details to secure your reservation for Omakase bookings. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation with incomplete credit card details.

In cases of “no shows” or cancellations the following will apply:

  • No cancellation fee will apply if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to your reservation;
  • There will be a cancellation fee of $30 per person if the cancellation is made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the time of booking;
  • There will be a cancellation fee of $40 per person if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the time of booking;
  • In the event your reservation is for a party of over 20 people, a cancellation fee of $40 per person will apply if the booking is cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice.
  • Changing of reservation date after the cancellation deadline will be applicable to cancellation charges.
